Tailor Supply Co. supplies tailoring businesses worldwide.

As a wholesale supplier, shipping arrangements are coordinated based on order size, destination, and production requirements.


Production & Dispatch Timelines

Shipping timelines depend on whether products are:

  • In stock

  • Custom branded

  • Fully custom manufactured

Estimated timelines:

  • Stock products: 5–10 days

  • Branded products: 5-15 days production

  • Custom manufacturing: Quoted per project

Dispatch timelines begin after payment confirmation and artwork approval (if applicable).

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.


Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • International courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

  • Air freight

  • Sea freight (for large-volume orders)

The most suitable method will be recommended based on your order volume, weightand location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included unless specified.

Shipping will be:

  • Quoted separately before dispatch

For larger wholesale orders, freight quotes will be provided prior to confirmation.


Incoterms

Most often DAP or DDP, we will discuss with you the best option for your needs and location.

Shipping and trade terms will be confirmed at order stage in accordance with international commercial standards. 

Specific Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) can be discussed for larger-volume clients.

If you want to include specific Incoterms, we can formalize this later depending on how you plan to operate.


Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 

Tailor Supply Co. is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by destination countries.


Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photographic evidence

  3. Retain original packaging

We will assess and advise on resolution.

Claims related to courier handling must be reported promptly.


Partial Shipments

For large or multi-product orders, shipments may be dispatched in stages depending on production completion.

Clients will be informed if this applies.
