Returns & Order Policy

Business-to-Business Transactions

All sales through Tailor Supply Co. are business-to-business transactions.

We supply exclusively to tailoring studios, apparel brands, and related commercial businesses.

Orders are produced specifically for each client.

Made-to-Order Production

All products are manufactured to order.

Production begins once payment is received and (where applicable) artwork or specifications are approved.

Because goods are produced specifically for each order:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Made-to-order goods are non-returnable

  • Goods are not eligible for resale inventory return

We encourage clients to confirm quantities and specifications carefully before order confirmation.

Custom Branding

Where logo printing, embossing, or other customization is applied:

  • Artwork approval is final

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing proofs

  • Tailor Supply Co. is not responsible for errors approved in final artwork

Custom-branded products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Manufacturing Defects

If goods arrive damaged or materially defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence

  3. Retain original packaging

We will assess and determine appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Partial credit

  • Production correction on future order

Minor cosmetic variations do not constitute defects.

Manufacturing Variations

Due to industrial production processes, minor variations may occur in:

  • Fabric shade

  • Print placement

  • Material grain

  • Stitching detail

  • Hardware finish

These are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

Shipping Responsibility

Once goods are dispatched under agreed shipping terms, responsibility transfers in accordance with the confirmed trade terms.

Tailor Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

  • Import inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information

Order Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for confirming:

  • Quantities

  • Specifications

  • Branding details

  • Delivery address

Errors in confirmed order details are not grounds for return.

Limitation of Liability

Tailor Supply Co.’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses.
